Peter – Founder & Project Director

Nationality: Finnish
Peter is the founder of Aegean Spaces and brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. His background includes designing and building timber terraces, boardwalks, and piers, as well as assembling log houses and managing a successful house manufacturing company. His passion is creating durable, functional, and beautiful outdoor spaces that complement Mediterranean architecture.
Tero – Senior Construction Specialist
Age: 60
Nationality: Finnish
With more than 40 years of construction experience, Tero has worked on virtually every aspect of the building industry. His expertise ranges from apartment buildings and new residential construction to renovations and restoration projects. His extensive technical knowledge and attention to detail ensure that every project is completed to the highest professional standards.
Thomas – Timber & Installation Specialist
Age: 45
Nationality: Finnish
Thomas has over 10 years of experience in woodworking and outdoor construction. His expertise includes timber craftsmanship, terrace installation, boardwalk construction, and pier installation. He is known for precision, reliability, and high-quality workmanship.
Panos – Site Engineer
Age: 25
Nationality: Greek
Panos is a Greek engineering student who is completing his engineering degree while already having some years of practical experience in terrace and pier construction. He combines modern engineering knowledge with hands-on installation expertise, helping ensure that every project is both practical and technically sound.
Sotos – Construction Technician
Age: 24
Nationality: Greek
Sotos is a dedicated construction worker of our installation team. He contributes to a wide range of construction and installation tasks, including site preparation, material handling, assembly, and on-site construction work.
His work ethic, reliability, practical approach, and commitment make him an important part of our team and contribute to the efficient execution of our projects.
